Engineering design for an advanced industrial building of approximately 24,000 sqm. Due to large structural spans and significant loads, post-tensioned slabs were designed in selected areas to reduce slab thickness and comply with deflection requirements. The design is based on an integrated spatial approach, balanced load distribution, future operational flexibility, and high constructability feasibility.
